Decisions to make before choosing your builder:

Ø       Where are you going to build?  If you need suggestions we will help you with the many variables that can affect the cost of building your home based on the lot you choose. 

Ø       What style of home is for you?  Henderson Homes, Inc. specializes in uniting modern luxuries with historic architectural styles.  We’d like to suggest A Field Guide to American Houses by Virginia and Lee McAlester for style ideas.

Ø       Do you need assistance designing your house plans?

Ø       What’s your budget?  Budget doesn’t mean “discount” or “inexpensive”.  It’s important to remember that even if a home has a million dollar budget, that million dollars doesn’t buy you a two million dollar house.  We can help you fit your ideas into your budget.
